45 min treatment Initial muscle therapy session
Cancellation Policy
24 hours cancellation policy - Less than 24 hours notice will require 50% of the fee to be paid to compensate the clinic - Less than 3 hours notice or a now show will require 100% of the fee to be paid. This payment will be appreciated to be paid on the day of no show to prevent having to chase it up. We take late cancellations on a case by case basis so if there is a genuine reason for cancelling and it is your first time cancelling we will likely waive the fee if you rebook the session. If this is a recurring thing then we will have to charge you and you will be required to prepay any future sessions.
