Cancellation Fee for 30 minute appointment- 50%

If you cancelled your appointment within 24 hours then our policy is that you pay the 50% of the full fee. If you failed to appear at your appointment or cancelled within 3 hours then our policy is that you pay the full fee. You would have agreed to this in our online booking policy and also when filling out your case history form.
