Cancellation Fee 45 minute - 50% Fee

If you failed to give 24 hours notice when cancelling then you will have to pay the 50% of the fee of your appointment. If you failed to appear at your appointment or cancelled within 3 hours then our policy is that you pay the full fee. You would have agreed to this in our online booking policy and also when filling out your case history form.
